When recovering from an injury Ice and Heat is very effective  in a massage.

The rotation of Ice and Heat creates a pumping effect that brings healing blood to the injury while we bring restoration to the soft tissue.

We recommend ice for the first three days after an injury, then alternating moist heat and ice; always ending with ice to close capillaries to prevent further inflammation.
